Nice place with more greeneries and rooms are clean. There is no complementary items in rooms other than soaps and no complimentary breakfast too..Person in reception is keeping morning alarm which starts from 4 a.m onwards... kindly avoid that..since we stayed in ground floor, it was too disturbing for us to sleep... food in the restaurant was good but very limited...Taking more time to deliver the food. Even for hot water they are saying it will take some time..

Satyed on 9-10th sept 2023. Room was ok. But comparing to the price., its small. Balcony was there but nothing to view. Service was just mediocre. Truly unprofessional behaviour from the so called manager. In house restaurant was operational. Walkable distance to good veg/non veg hotels near by. Basic amenities like tea/ coffee bags were not provided, but kettle was there. Payment: Cash or UPI only. Ample parking space. Not covered. "Heaven-on-earth" experience with the rooms, restaurant-food, room-service, staff, amenities, ambience, worthiness, creativity-of-surroundings and pleasantness-in-stay perfectly meeting the tariff and prices that are being quoted. The rooms, especially, the suite ones are carved out of wonderful out-of-box creativity fulfilling our dreams of a pleasant stay indoors. The restaurant food being served are highly hygienic, tasty, freshly prepared, served-on-time, child-friendly and unparalleled as far as the quality and courtesy of food suppliers are concerned. With timely and instant room service offered, one can feel the good etiquette and politest behaviour of the room-boys, and the professionalism of the receptionst is worth mentioning. The staff are ready to cater to the needs of the inmates with a responsible and higher sense of conscious maturity, and their politest as well as professional maturity are highly worth mentioning here. The amenities offered are highly good, appreciable, adorable, admirable and also well-facilitated to meet the vacation- or holiday-mood of the inmates,... so good and valuable are the ones. The ambience is so healthy, positive, good and lovely that the travellers would really prefer to stay indoors rather than visiting the nature's beauty outside... so good and compellingly great is everything indoors. Finally, the tariff is highly and easily worth what the visitors get here. Honestly speaking, the positivity, richness and goodness of the hotel is worth the above words both to the heart and wallet! A dreamer's paradise in Yercaud... really. Great choice for visitors, travellers and tourists!

The rooms are constructed with good-quality materials. It's clean and tidy. Decent aesthetics, parking space, and is very close to the town center. But that's it. It's managed very poorly. Paying 3.5k for a night without even electricity. Didn't have a hand wash, towel for the wash basin, or toilet paper in the bathroom even though there are shelves or options to keep them. Didn't get them even after asking. There were power cuts throughout. On asking, they said the entire Yercaud has this issue. But their backup wasn't even supporting the TV. TV didn't have most of the pay channels and the WiFi was damn slow. You will get hot water for 5 minutes if you are lucky how much ever time you leave it on. The balcony opens to some trashy views and a construction area where some random guys were chilling. The building is located in a rather deserted neighborhood too. They didn't have half of the items on the food menu. Neither did they taste great.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Great place to stay. Very good hospitality and polite behaviour by all the staff. Stayed in their best room- the presidential suite which is no lesser than a five star hotel. Additionally finding a well designed hotel in an accessible area of Yercaud at a pocket friendly price is rare. Kudos to the property manager.

• Rooms ought to be sufficiently tidy. Lots of insects in the room and shower, hotel was overpriced for the facilities it offered, and the view from the balcony had trash scattered all over it. • intermittent power outages • The rooms are decent, but there are no basic amenities like hand towels, tea or coffee, or toiletries. Everything is horrible; wifi won't connect outside of the room.
